Navigating the Change Together

Your 6-Week Expat Perimenopause Roadmap

Find Your Community.

Don't got it alone.

I know first hand that living abroad means navigating a unfamiliar healthcare system.  Add to that the hormonal shift into menopause.

And missing your support system at home.

It can make you feel isolated and unsure where to turn for help.

I get it.  As a transplant in Munich for over 10 years, I know exactly how different appointments with gynecologists and other doctors can feel.  The expectation by doctors that you should know exactly what you need is often surprising to people from other countries.  It was for me.

But there is good news.  I have been where you are and I as a certified Perimenopause Coach, I can help you make this often difficult transition easier.

I have launched a 6 week programme just for expats experiencing perimenopause symptoms.  I offer clear, step-by-step roadmap to finding good care, becoming an expert on your body, and learning how to take care of yourself best in perimenopause.

In addition to my support, you will have a peer group of 7 other women (max 8 per group), who truly understand the unique challenges of thriving abroad.  Join us and start feeling better!

"I've been attending Kristyn's perimenopause group sessions and they've been transformative. Not only have they provided me with a stack of evidence-based information that has truly cut through all the misinformation, they are also an opportunity to connect with women who were going through the same experience. I learned so much from Kristyn and happy to have built strong connections with other women based on empathy and understanding."
