My coaching mission
I am a certified Menopause Wellness Practitioner, specializing in supporting English‑speaking expat women in Germany and across the EU through perimenopause, menopause, and post‑menopause.
My work is deeply personal. At 41, while experiencing clear perimenopause symptoms, I was repeatedly told “it’s too early.” Over several years, I underwent unnecessary tests and treatments before finally receiving appropriate care and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)—long after my quality of life had declined.
I don’t want other women to go through this. It's my mission to de‑mystify menopause and ensure women are informed and feel supported.
As an expat myself, I understand the added challenges of language, culture, and isolation. I am here to accompany you on this journey. You aren't alone.
What does coaching with me look like?
For starters, its all about YOU. Coaching is not like sharing with a family member or friend where you need to reciprocate. Our meetings are exclusively about your symptoms and feelings, goals and desires, and ultimately the strategies that will make you start to feel better.
This is what you can expect generally from our session (depending on the number of sessions you sign up for)

Before every first session, the client completes wellness questionaire. I review this before our session to understand your wellness profile and your goals

Based on what you are experiencing, we will explore what is happening in your body from a physiological standpoint. So many symptoms that seem weird or scary are related to hormone fluctutations. I will have you track your symptoms, so that you have a deeper understanding of your body and can share this evidence with your healthcare provider.

We will discuss nutrition, stress management, and sleep strategies proven to help women in perimenopause and menopause.

Further, we will look at the current scientific research about the risks and benefits of HRT, a subject which I have researched in depth.

I will work with you to prepare for medical appointments and communicating symptoms and needs effectively to your doctor. While the medical establishment may not be built for women, it is essential to ensuring that women thrive in perimenopause and beyond.

Together we will put together a personalized action plan aligned with your symptoms, goals, and values.

I will provide accountabilty and coaching around obstacles that you are facing in implementing your action plan and reaching your goals.

I will listen to you with empathy, without judgement, and help you create a plan that works for your life and helps you reach your goals. I will empower you to advocate for yourself with confidence, and move into this next chapter of your life informed, supported, and feeling good. I will not promote strategies that are not backed by research, nor products you do not need.
