Feedback on the workplace

Perimenopause Support Group:

"I've been attending Kristyn's perimenopause group sessions for more than a year now and they've been transformative. Not only have they provided me with a stack of evidence-based information that has truly cut through all the misinformation, they are also an opportunity to connect with women from across our organisation who were going through the same experience. I learned so much from Kristyn and happy to have built strong connections with my colleagues based on empathy and understanding" - Penny, Spain
